Mac N Cheese
Hannah Style
Single Serving
1/2 c. dry Andean Dream Quinoa Macaroni
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Better Than Rice Milk rice milk powder
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
dash salt
dash pepper
dash onion powder
dash garlic
1 T. rice milk
1 T. Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread Soy Free
1 T. rice milk
1 T. Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread Soy Free
1/4 c. Daiya shredded cheddar style , optional
In a large saucepan, bring 3-4 cups of water a boil. Add pasta and salt. Boil 6-8 min. or until pasta is tender. Drain. Return pasta to pan and add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened and melted. If you leave out the cheddar style cheese, it more like and alfredo white sauce pasta.
